Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any website, platform, or program operated by Missionctrl, LLC — including but not limited to Ecom Family Academy and AI Income School. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our websites or purchase our programs.

Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any earnings or income statements, or earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the risk of not doing as well as the information provided. This applies whether the earnings or income examples are monetary in nature or pertain to advertising credits which may be earned, whether or not a purchase is required.

The stated results are not typical. Parts of our websites and programs may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, and material. Missionctrl, LLC does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Missionctrl, LLC, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them.

Missionctrl, LLC reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post comments and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
  • Your comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party.
  • Your comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Your comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or commercial activities or unlawful activity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 72 hours of the original payment date for a full refund, provided you meet the conditions outlined below. After 72 hours, all sales are considered final.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Have completed less than 25% of the course or program content.
  • Provide evidence that you have applied the strategies and methods taught in the program.
  • Submit your refund request in writing to info@missionctrlworkshops.com.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval, minus any applicable cancellation or processing fees. Missionctrl, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

90-Day Success Guarantee

For eligible programs operated by Missionctrl, LLC, a 90-Day Success Guarantee may be offered. To qualify, students must:

  • Complete 100% of the program coursework.
  • Attend all scheduled coaching calls or live sessions.
  • Demonstrate consistent application of the taught strategies.
  • Have tested a minimum number of products or campaigns as outlined in the program.

Students who meet all of the above conditions and do not achieve results as defined by the specific program will receive an additional 30 days of coaching support. Specific terms of the guarantee vary by program and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Hyperlinking Policy

The following organizations may link to our websites without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors. These organizations may link to our homepage, publications, or other website information so long as the link does not in any way create a misleading portrayal of Missionctrl, LLC or its operated programs and brands.

Other organizations may request permission to link to our websites by contacting us at info@missionctrlworkshops.com. We will approve link requests if we determine that the link is not unfavorable to Missionctrl, LLC, the organization has no negative record with us, and the link is in the context of general resource information.

Without prior written approval, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of any website or program operated by Missionctrl, LLC.

Content Liability

Missionctrl, LLC shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website or any external website that links to ours. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of any third-party rights.

We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly. All methods, strategies, systems, templates, and program materials provided through any program or platform operated by Missionctrl, LLC are proprietary and confidential. By enrolling in any program, you agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, teach, or otherwise disclose any program content — in whole or in part — to any third party without the express written consent of Missionctrl, LLC. This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect during and after your participation in any program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Missionctrl, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) any website, program, or service operated by Missionctrl, LLC.

Anti-Fraud Notice

Missionctrl, LLC and its operated programs will only ever contact you through official, verified channels. Our official email domain is @missionctrlworkshops.com. Beware of scammers and impersonators who may use similar names, AI-generated content, or social media profiles to pose as Missionctrl, LLC or any of its operated brands or representatives. We will never ask for payment, personal information, or account access through unsolicited messages on social media or unofficial email addresses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
